As a multilingual French national based in Hong Kong for 20 years, and with 18 years of direct experience in managing Human Resources in her own businesses over 3 continents, Hélène has extensive leadership experience and a direct understanding of the importance of Human management on business results in a cross-cultural environment.

Hélène is a Certified Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis, enrolled in the NLP Master Trainer Programme, a Master Coach Trainer. She is Certified and authorised to teach Spiral Dynamics and the Clare Graves Double Helix Model of Human Assessment. She is also a Certified Firewalk & Glasswalk Trainer. In 2008, she was personally chosen by Peggy Dylan, the mother of the Firewalking movement in the Western world, to lead Sundoor Firewalk Certification trainings in the Asia Pacific region.

She has extensive experience as a performing artist, having appeared on stage since she was 5 years old, first accompanying her violinist father, then as an amateur singer, actress and dancer. She also advises clients on public speaking and stage appearance.
